All the District Educational Officers in the state were already informed regarding the clarification given by the Govt. vide reference 1st cited, where in it has clearly mentioned that scales are to be allowed to the Teachers appointed through DSC 2012. Further some of the DEOs have brought to the notice that STOs/DTOs have been raising certain objections. Accordingly a letter was also addressed on 28.02.2013 to the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad to allow pay scales as per the PRC 2010 which are as under
